After an extremely thorough exam using state-of-the-art equipment to make sure my eyes and optic nerve were healthy, on to refraction. I excitedly got new frames and lenses. After a few days, when I was having trouble adjusting, I called and they welcomed me to come right in without a scheduled appointment to have them checked. Adjustments are necessary and they gladly took care of making them. Looking forward to being a patient/customer for a long time to come!
