Rick took the time to explain the services required and he invested his own time to research another issue that he doesn't perform (body shop work), including the parts I'll need and a trusted body shop to do the work. The work was performed to high standards - and at less than half the price quoted by the dealer. Even though Rick didn't wash my car (like the dealer does) I think the $200+ in savings more than compensates. I would definitely recommend Prestige Auto! I went to Rick and he sorted the wheat from the chaff, prioritized the list, let us know the risk of waiting on certain items. The work that was done, I have not had problems with my Acura! it runs smooth and have not seen any change from when i used to get the service done at ACURA dealership. Only diffidence from the dealership is that they do a minor detailing even if you are getting an oil change which is convenient.
