I do have a suggestion. I was prepared for a cleaning and the time and costs included yesterday. I was not aware that I would be there for 3 hours nor that my out of pocket would be more than $600. I understand that it was all necessary, but when I said that the cost was going to hurt me bad financially, the person at the desk told me I should have asked. This is a tough situation for me because I don't want to put things off, but I would have tried to split the work up to make it a little easier to afford had I known. Communication is important and I really would have valued that and felt less frustration. The whole situation really ruined my day yesterday and financially, I am scrambling. But since I've been going to Dr.Halford, it makes it so much more comfortable for me. Dr. Halford, as well as her staff, Kim, Dabney and Lindsey, make it so much easier on me, not to mention the fantastic service they provide in cleaning my teeth as well as having the invisilign braces!!
