I've had constant issues with my Jeep since I bought it, and Doug and the guys have been there to help me all the way. They are the most honest and straightforward crew out there. So many times, I've taken my Jeep in because of this noise or that light, and they look at it and make a minor adjustment or two, and explain everything fully (instead of just throwing a bill at me) without even charging a dime. For regular maintenance, their prices are good, and they can handle pretty much any repair. They tell me what's a priority, and what can wait, and why. You can tell those guys really like what they do, and are very knowledgeable. And when they don't know something (which is VERY rare), they ADMIT IT and tell you who to take it to. BEST CREW EVER! Check engine light was on. I asked inside and was told my battery needed replacing. Stopped to get new battery and was told battery was fine, that it could be the starter. What a run around by both places of business.At first place was charged $191.78 and feel ripped off. Same vehicle was repaired for AC problems about a year ago at about $950 or so replacing hoses and etc. Think just adding more freon should have taken care of problem but didn't. Plus was charged in business's printed words on bill (to evacuate and recharge system. This is not a repair. This service gets the system up and functioning for the purpose of further diagnosis to find the leak. Customer will need to return in 7-10 days for a free recheck. Sooner if AC fails.)It was at this place of business for four days. Wouldn't you think it would be rechecked before customer picked it up to find AC still blowing hot air. Wouldn't recommend as a place to get any thing evaluated or repaired. I was told the job would be about 4 hours and the bill about $400. This bill was nearly $600. On the bill there were two charges for door kit and a door sprocket approximately $200. There was no need for this charge as there was no door work. They did remove my dash, however and now there are 4 nicks that cannot be repaired in my dashboard. I've spent a lot of money during this past year with this business and expect more attention to details like this. I've also been a faithful customer referring others for several years and never had such a disappointment. I must take my car in again this afternoon so that they can attach a CD holder they left dangling. I truly hope this isn't another long drawn out period that I will be without transportation.
