I'm continually impressed by the truly collaborative atmosphere that the stylists foster: attention to detail, shampooing and rinsing you, taking the time to periodically check in with you in order to make sure you get what you want. I had my best experience ever on Saturday with Claudia. She chose great products for my short, fine, thin hair. She gave me a good massaging shampoo and the cut was the best ever. It was a precision cut with lots of texturizing, and just what I asked for. Then she styled it exquisitely. I have never had my hair styled and was amazed with the finished product. The only problem was that our appointment was not in the master book, so they were not really expecting us, but they adjusted well.
