I loved how I was greeted at the door giving direction on where to go. I thought the salon was beautiful and Chelsey K. Did a fantastic job with my daughters up do for her senior prom. Chelsey had her work cut out for her as my daughters hair is past her waist. Loved the experience and my daughter is already planning on returning in a few weeks to have Chelsey color and cut some layers... I feel the skin consultation could have been a bit more in depth and other type of facials could have been suggested. The signature facial is one of the pricier ones but I was told about the seaweed and the organic facials either. I understand its a business but I have been to spas that really take time with the client and don't rush. She really listen to what I wanted and made it happen. I am a mother of a 2 1/2 year old and to say I let myself go is an understatement. I finally after 3+ years have a haircut that I can style in 20 minutes, which is amazing because I am hair challenge. The best thing is I get compliments on it all the time. It was so rejuvenating and definitely helped me recover from four months of coaching 60 middle school students to act, sing, dance, and crew a play. I enjoyed the Spa Delight package, and added a hair cut, and every minute was gloriously relaxing. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional, and everyone (friends, family, and colleagues) complimented my hair, nails, and general "glow". Such a great experience! The only complaint I have is the 72 hours rule to reschedule. Personally, I believe an appointment confirmation should be made before that time period is up. Just to verify that nothing has come up. People like myself with very busy schedules would really appreciate it.. because in life things pop up and sometimes people just forget and to be charged half of the price for the appointment is crazy. I understand why this is done, this is why I feel a confirmation email or phone call should be made.
