As always, I am treated so nice and never patronized like what happens at many other car repair shops if you are a woman. John explains exactly what he is going to do. He replaced a blown power steering pump. He told me to hold off on replacing the power steering fluid well until the next oil change to see if in fact there were any leaks or if it was just the fluid being sprayed from the pump. This saved me over $400 dollars and I'm not sure there are many other shops out there that would have done that for me. Thanks John!
