The only unusual issue is that the recpeptionist in front jumps to ask"Who are you here to see", and if it is Dr. Steinberger, she immediately brushes you off and says to "move over". There is not a separate window or area either, so quite odd from a service experience perspective. COnsider having 1 receptionist or give that older woman a script and some service training. She comes across rude and that is not the image the office needs. Not only did the system allow me to make an appointment for a day and time not usually worked by the doctor, nobody called me to confirm or deny the request, as stated would happen on the website. I called the day before to make sure I was scheduled and was told that I wasn't. I had to reschedule for an earlier time than anticipated. When I spoke to Dr. Steinberger about it, he said that he had known of my later appointment and wondered why I showed up hours earlier. Not good.
