She was very thorough, well educated & answered all my questions w/ patience. She even showed me a video about my condition. However, unlike LensCrafters, there isn't a lab @ this office & the wait for prescriptions is 2 weeks! The receptionist was rude and did not provide me with my change. When I requested a copy of my receipt, she answered the phone & I had to wait 7 mins until she finished. Also, this office states it's a Family Eye Care Center, but wasn't family friendly. The exact reason we have our patients review and make suggestions. We are a small business, and not as wealthy as the big boxes with all amenities. We pride ourselves though in providing personalized services to our patients. We certainly hope to have an in-house lab some day.
