I'm a big sissy when it comes to going to the dentist. I was in a lot of pain when I showed up for my appointment. Dr. Townsend addressed my problem immediately. He gave me novacane and waited a full 5 minutes to see if I was numb. He determined I needed another shot of novacane, then waited another full five minutes to let it numb me. I have been to dentists in the past that give you a shot, wait a minute or 2 and get to work if you're numb or not. The entire staff from the receptionist to the assistant to Dr Townsend were fantastic. Very friendly people. They made it not so bad to go to the dentist. Thanks again.
