All staff from front desk to assistants to doc himself. Only downfall was that I had to wait an hour and a half when I had left work early to make it to the appointment. The staff did explain though that they had 2 emergencies come in which is not the norm. At the same time, it was kind of refreshing to know that if an emergency did occur, they would get you in ASAP.
