It's hard enough to schedule an appointment in the first place and I had rearranged my work schedule so I could come so I really didn't want to have to wait another month to get an appointment with her. Thankfully, Megan was able to take me and I was so happy with her, my hair and the whole experience. I will be torn next time as to whether I want to schedule with Megan or Leslee. It's my time to relax and enjoy myself and get pampered. I've Always appreciated that it was to be a cell phone free environment, however there has been no enforcement lately. On this last visit I had to endure a very rude customer's phone conversation on speakerphone no less! The staff either didn't seem to think it was a problem or did not feel empowered to stop it.
