From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone was friendly, attentive and on time. The hygienist did a wonderful job explaining all of the steps she was going to take and tools she was going to use to make our daughter feel more comfortable. They really know how to connect with kids. Looking forward to our next visit already! The staff is wonderful - from when they greet him to pick out his new toothbrush, letting him wear sunglasses for his cleaning and getting a prize at the end is always a special treat. Dr. Nicole is just amazing and she has such a kind and warm way with A.J. - we think she is just awesome. I am also a busy medical professional and realize the time crunch we are all under to move appointments through efficiently , however, regardless of how busy we are, the bottom line with client satisfaction is that the patient feels they were appropriately communicated with. With adults, it is fine to describe what is happening as it happens, but most children need a preview about something new and potentially scary that will happen to them as well as the play-by-play. Well, his last dentist visually saw a few cavitites and suggested general anestisia which I didn't fel comfortable with. His primary care doctoe suggested I try this office. I was able to get a quick appt. Lania was the kindest, most patient hygenist. She explained everything to evan to prevent anxiety. She was able to do a complete cleaning with xrays. I am still shocked. I feel confident that the staff will be able to fill his cavities in the office. Thanks so much!
