The sign in sheet had a clipboard over it making it unable to be seen and it took one of the two young ladies in the front desk about three minutes to let me know where to sign in. The other young lady was on the telephone and couldn't assist me promptly but eventually did and gave me my forms to fill out. The physical therapist who saw me made me feel uncomfortable because I was barely going in for therapy and rudely asked why it took so long for me to finally get treated. With all due respect this facility did not make me feel assured that they wanted to assist me from the second I walked in to when I walked out. Though there was no availability, he called me back within hours of there being another cancellation just so my son could have a session before going into surgery.
