I was brought back to the massage room five minutes late---the massage started without any music and this continued for approximately 30 minutes. During this time I heard three staff members complaining that there was only one facial and a few massages to be split between three people. I also got to listen to a phone conversation of one of the staff. Finally music was put on and it was so loud I had to ask that t bee turned down. Not a very relaxing environment. The massage itself was average at best and points are lost for the hot stones put between my toes that were so hot I had to ask that they w removed. This is a far different experience than when the Seal beach location was around. The showers and infra red saunas are located a few steps outside of the day spa and salon and still available free of charge with any spa visit. Although we no longer have our lovely jacuzzi or steam rooms, we do offer complimentarty use of private poolside cabanas and weather permitting the pool as well.You may also order food and beverages and be served poolside or inside as you prefer.
