They proactively contacted me to schedule a yearly appointment. They have great eyewear, albeit expensive. However I have found the superior performance and durability to be worth the money, not to mention the distinct look. I was back for a follow-up with the eye-doc and as always was greeted with a smile and by name. I brought along my glasses for adjustments and they really take the time to get it right...you never feel rushed.
