They also allowed me to bring my own parts in for them to install and when the work was done they gave me a ride from my home back to the shop. In addition to the tune up, Jon-Michael provided me with some great first hand insight on tire recommendations. He was able to order tires for my vehicle at a competitive price and set up another appt to have them installed along with an alignment. Thanks again! Developed engine problem en route - missing, surging, and vibrating. My son in law called H&H for me on Friday afternoon, and in spite of the fact that they were "up to their butts in alligators" they squeezed me in, did a computer analysis, deteremined that one of the coils was shot, had the new coil delivered, installed it, completed a test drive and had the car back to me by 5:30 that afternoon. It was a great relief to be able to continue on vacation with the family free of worries. Super service at a fair price - I only wish my home town shop was this good.
