I have frequented your salon a fair amount and purchased many gift cards over the years. Too be given a stylist/pedicure person who is not anywhere near the standard I expect from Ginger Bay was an insult. Marie did not inquire about if I had any foot issues, she did not offer a neck pillow, the water was less than luke warm and even when I requested warmer it never got there. I have never not had the stylist separate my toes while applying polish but rather twist each toe to get to it. When I suggested she try separating them she told me she does better not. There was no conversation until about 4 minutes before she was finished. I inquired at the desk if she was new and it was confirmed. So overall my visit was very disappointing. If I wanted a discounted visit due to training, I would request it but to be charged full amount is not acceptable. It will be a while before I consider returning.
