An example was when my wife's car (a Honda) had a radiator leak. Of coarse TOYOTECHS don't work on Honda's, but Patrick came out checked it out, filled up the radiator (for nothing) and then made recommendations. He is always friendly and helpful. #3 If something is not done to your satisfaction or a problem persists, they will do whatever it takes to get the job done right and to your satisfaction.
