The last one i had at their Valencia store by Brittany was the best I have had and I asked the Sherman Oaks store to get the formula and do the same. They said they did but the color was HORRIBLE! there are big splotches of red in several spots but not uniform- I have never had red in my hair before. And my once blond hair is now a dirty blond almost brown color. The color is not even or consistent. I was told before I left that they would correct it at no charge later this week-OK fine accidents do happen. Now they are saying it was my fault!? and it was the same formula that Valencia used last time (it does not even resemble the same color). And they will not correct the color or give me a refund!! are you kidding me! I checked with other hair colorists that said it was a really bad job! Everyone I know has agreed with this that has seen me this week. Even the men notice it. It is embarrassing to have such a bad color job. $84 with tip down the drain and I will never go back to any of the Kriza Aveda Salons and I have been a customer for years! The -Kriza Aveda Salons- are privately owned. The owners obviously have no business sense. Rather than making good on this bad job they are so cheap that they will loss a long time customer and get scathing reviews. While blaming me for the bad color job!
