However, I'm very, very sad about the overall blotchiness and missed area's that should have been done with a full head highlight. I have difficult hair (very dark roots) to color and I have asked to be booked for a good amount of time as it will take work to get it the way I like it. I don't get everything done in one appt. and have to wait till the next appt. to get a little more done instead of all at once. I previously had the same stylist for 10 years who could do it just right each appt. before I moved here.
