We stuck with the awesome caramel/brown color and I left it up to him on what to do with the cut. Soon I had the cutest shoulder length style with layers! I hadn't had layers in years because of horrible previous experiences that left it looking (and sticking out) like straw. But Jesus' scissors glided through my hair and left it smooth, sleek and fabulous. A friend of mine, who is a NYC actress saw it and said she had to make an appointment with Jesus the next time she was in Boston. However, I was heading back to work and needed to get my hair done. I brought my mom along to watch Vivian and my 3.5 year old Sophia in hopes that a bottle would hold her over enough that I could get a brow wax, color and cut. Eyebrow wax- no problem. Then ten minutes into my highlights my mom strolls in with the girls. Let me tell you how amazingly accommodating your staff was. My stylist Melissa was so understanding. I was so concerned that we were overstaying our welcome and your staff helped me feel ok with my entourage. I was able to sneak away to feed vivian while my color set in. While I got my cut Sophia sat in the chair next to me and Melissa was ok with that. Believe me when I say that I will not bring my children again because I feel it is inappropriate but also because I was unable to relax myself. I hope you will commend Melissa on her effort and kindness yesterday. Thanks so much. The facilities was great with the exception of the women's bathroom and clothing provided by the spa. Bathroom was too small with only one stall and one shower. I love the cut, the relaxing atmosphere. I have just about every one of your products. My only critism is that when booking the appt I was told the credit card I had on file had expired and I needed to produce an updated number in order to proceed with booking an appt. Well, I was driving when making the appt so I had to call back at a later time when I was able to provide that information which was terribly inconvenient for the busy mom that I am. Secondly, company's often ask me to provide me to provide a credit card when they are uncertain that I will pay for service. As a long time customer I wonder how that could be the case.
