It would have been better to adjust gas cap, since this is a common problem, wait and see before doing a diagnostic check. I've spent approx. $2,300 at K.O. lately, and have been satisfied until now. Now, after having been there myself I can say it was true. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. When I asked if they carried Dexos, which is the blend recommended by my car, the young man said no, and instead of trying to talk me into the product they carried, he checked online and called the dealer. After being told Dexos was the only warrenteed brand, he called and ordered delivery of a case for the next day. They completed the oil change, tire rotation and systems check with speedy professionalism. I will be back. Missoula has just lost my business! There has never been a better service center or staff for us. The courtesy, thoughtfulness, and over all experience was above excellent. In an unplanned breakdown, (not once but twice in one day) your service was only enhanced by your kindness and special attention to our predicament. I would encourage everyone in this area to plan to have any repairs done and share in the most wonderful service I have ever encountered. I can't think of any other business that personally takes the time to make a follow up call. in fact it is nearly impossible to actually speak to human beings these days...so when I hear from KO Auto it restores my faith and confidence in mankind. The little things matter--like cleaning my vehicle windows after an oil change or printing out potential issues I may be facing down the down--it gives me time to plan without pressure. There is a place near home that doesn't cost a fortune, don't have to wait long if at all and the the job gets done right the first time. I don't like the feeling that you are always trying to get more money. That is why I go to KO Auto. I can go to Missoula anytime and walk in and get the up sales pitch. I don't trust what is being recommended and that it has cost more money. Without the value, just dupped. The service has not improved and the increase and options of oil changes, really just look like additives and possibly more money.
