Every time I have tried to schedule an appointment was a nightmare. The minute we walked in to CDFZ my son was already excited. There were TVs with cartoons on, a video game room, and an aquarium. The front office staff was very friendly which I was used to rudeness. The back office staff were just as great. My son had Dr. Cima as his dentist. She has got to be the absolute best dentist I have ever met. During my son's procedure, which included teeth extraction, cavity fillings, and sealers for his adult teeth, I have never seen anyone calm him down the way she had. He never complained and never cried for pain. She is truly skilled at what she does. I would recommend her and the office staff to anyone and everyone. You made my toddlers first visit comfortable for her. I am glad I was able to hold her through her cleaning and exam. The staff had very good bedside manner. They were professional enough to explain each thing they did to my two year old. The dentist scrub top had a jelly kitty print which she loves. The dentist let her play with the.instruments to ease her. And he even played w her dolly and got her to laugh. Couldn't have asked for a better first visit. Will continue coming back and happily refer friends. Thanks a lot! They made my son feel comfortable and performed the necessary work quickly and as smoothly as possible so that my son was at ease with the experience.
