I did not ask up front, but was not told they were remanufactured axles until after they were installed. I called around and found I paid the same price for their remanufactured axles as I would have paid for new ones. Also, I was quoted for an alignment as additional part of the job afer the axles were replaced ($130.00 extra). They told me an alignment was required. I called around other shops afterward and found alignments were not required part of the job and they were less than $100.00 if you decided to have one done. I can say that for a lemon Maxima that barely from the shop the dash trouble light is again on and the smell of gas from the hood area is very strong.
