Love how she does my hair. The front desk staff are very inviting. The only suggestion I have is be clear on where parking is. Yes, there are visitor spots, but that parking garage is intimidating with the towing threats if your car doesn't have a MS badge on it :-/ I am a Seattleite so it is a bit of a drive. That's the only drawback really. Service at Mode is impeccable, as always. I called a couple of hours before the salon was open and left a message to setup an appointment. My phone call was returned shortly after opening and my appointment confirmed :) Front desk team is prompt, polite, and eager to please. Color and cut was marvelous from Carina. When I leave the salon looking good, I always kick myself for waiting the full 8 weeks to come back. Love Mode and I continue to recommend people to come over, and I of course always recommend my dear Carina. Thank you Mode!
