She was filled with apprehension, despite my reassurances, about whether it would hurt and how much, how long it would take, etc. But the staff let her bring a DVD of her own to watch, they joked with her, made her feel at ease. One thing I appreciated most was that they were open and up-front with her. They answered all her questions and treated her as an individual. It was my first time as a parent in that situation; it was reassuring to see how well everyone got along. I would recommend Greenwood to every parent out there. Dr B is great. only problem was that when i got home and checked the prices that i was given in January it was lower for a full crown than for the partial that they put in. the cost i was given in January was $402 less 50% which was $201. i was told the partial would be $450 less 50% for decuctible. so it cost me $24 more than i was quoted for the full crown.
