The employees are ISS, LLC are friendly and helpful. I chose to not have any service done after they performed diagnostics.......and now my car has NEW problems that it didn't have when we took it for diagnostics. The wheels are bouncing and my car actually jumps around on the road! It also feels as if I'm boucing around on springs. My steering wheel shakes unbelievably when I get above 40 mph. I didn't have any of these problems when I took it for service....I was only concerned because my "check engine" light came on within 30 days after I had repair on my car. This was especially good... and inexpensive. They booked me for an appointment and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes... it was only a minor repair issue but even had a great chat with the owner! Brakes needed parts, parts had to be delivered...it took time. You can learn a lot in a day, and I did. I learned that Ryder is a kind, thoughtful man. He made sure I got lunch and had everything I needed to remain comfortable in the customer lounge. I learned that Import Specialty Service attracts interesting, sincere, committed people to do their car repair business there, and I found that to be very reassuring. I learned that I can understand a vehicle's braking system, because my friendly mechanic explained it to me. I learned that my silly idea that the steering seemed "sloppy" was something the people at Import Specialty Service take seriously, investigate and repair!
