She went to find out and the manager then came and apologized and said that noone had told the other therapist about my appointment. therefore, the manager was going to treat me. I had the detox treatment which is supposed to be a focused neck shoulder and lower back treatment. I was extremely disappointed. It didn't even last the full 50 min and for $100 I felt very ripped off. she hardly massaged my neck or shoulders . Majority of her time she spent rubbing up and down my back. I am very disappointed and will probably not come to drew Patrick again. The locker room was clean and serene. The quiet room was like a personal living room with water and snacks. I loved the different sound effects that included spa sounds, nature sounds and classical music. The treatment itself was incredible. The therapist was professional, caring and focused on me.
