Lorraine wanted me to be happy and fixed the color and now I am very happy. I really think Lorraine went above and beyond to make my color right. I also appreciate how Rula (I don't know how to spell her name) also wanted me to be happy and kept telling me they would fix it and they did. I've been coming to Christies for 14 years and have had a few issues but Lois, Xenia, and Lorraine always come through for me and it is greatly appreciated.
