The sales staff was extremely professional and made me feel totally at home in spite of my anxiety about my facial hair growth. The only thing I wish was different was that the technician explain her procedure in more detail. I was not expecting the heat or air with the laser and it was unsettling. All in all the procedure was short and I left pleased and looking forward to my next appointment. If you are considering this procedure, don't think it is above your means, you may be surprised like I was and everyone deserves to feel good about how they look. After a few sessions now, I am very pleased with the way the results are looking. No more razor burns and shave rashes on the neck and cheeks anymore! This was explained as treatment started and it is February already, summer right around the corner and cannot come back for at least seven weeks between treatments.
