Took a reasonable approach to diagnosing my water leak. Parts and labor charges were reasonable. Unfortunately, someone broke one of the retention clips on the right rear seat without telling me. I found the broken part on the carpet and needed to take it back to Tyler to show him. Tyler ordered me a new rear seat panel to replace the broken one. Also, the front passenger door window switch plug was damaged slightly and had a big pencil mark on it. Hopefully I can get the mark out, but after spending $1200 I guess I didn't expect to have to clean up.
