After signing the original estimate, I got a call saying the repair needed a few more parts and would delay the repair and cost a little. I then got a call saying the parts were in, but no word on the increased cost. I dropped the car off yesterday and was surprised not to get a call telling me it was ready. I was nearby and saw it parked and done, so I went in to pay and pick up the keys. I was very surprised to learn the cost had doubled because of the additional parts.
