The office staff handles the insurance part of the cost before anything gets done and then the Doctor and his assistants take care of the rest. Began on time, professional throughout. Did not have the more comfortable bite guard on the apparatus during the xrays that I am used to, but that is a minor quibble. It was absolutely painless, and quick. The Dentist was professional and informed me of post extraction care. The staff also is very professional. I also like that they send emails and make phone calls to remind us of pending appointments.
