All the while my daughter and I searched for eye wear! I began my own science project by checking my cell (the time) to see how long before anyone of the laughing out loud talkers about the cake in the back (break room). I went from the medical paid for selection to the designer selection trying on eye wear that would fit my pre-teen. Regretfully, I asked for assistance. Customer service is what makes a business. They did fix them in a timely manner but the office staff, the insurance specialist to be specific didn't have a very good attitude to bevdealing with customers. She was telling me my son didnt have coverage and I informed her that his insurance company and everyone else who I had been on the phone with said his insurance was active and ready to go. Miley the insurance person had the attitude of "I'm right you're wrong." She wasted a lot of my time and in the end, someone else in the office ran the insurance and it went through just fine. The whole office staff has a bad attitude everytime I go into the facility as if they don't like the profession they're in. The glasses fit perfectly though. Corrina's front desk professionalism and adamant ideal ways of assisting us beyond what most would do was awesome! Corrina has amazing customer service skills and work ethics were very rewarding. She proved to be a great reflection as a caring employee to Buena Vista. Dr. Thamsopit was basically the topping of the cake!
