If there are additional problems that need to be addressed they will call you first to discuss the needed repairs. I have been an advocate of preventive maintenance because it "always" saves you a lot of money in the long run. The overall services of diagnostic, oil and filter change, and making the repair and ordering the parts was a lot less than I had expected and the price they quoted me was right on. I dropped the car off on Friday afternoon and it was ready for me by Monday evening, even with needing to order parts from Portland or Seattle. The shop itself is extremely clean and the technicians conduct themselves professionally and are very nice. I will definitely bring my Mini back for service and repair and may consider bringing my Prius to them as well if needed in the future.
