I told Billy the problems I was having plus some little minor glitches with other parts of the vehicle. I told them to check out everything as I wanted the truck safe as I tow my 22' Radon Cortez to the ocean frequently. Bill not only fixed all my concerns, but also found one amjor problem with the front end sway bar and a wiring mess by the original manufactures and installer. These problems could have cause a serious accident.The truck now is running and tracking perfectly and all the nusance problems are gone. I've been doing business with Hahn for over 20 yeras and have referred a great many friends and business associates to them. They were all totally satisfied and have become regular, loyal customers as I have. I would reocmmend Hahn to anyone who is looking for an honest, master mechanic who prides himself with exceptional service and professionalism in an industry that is ripe with rip off artists. Having said that, I will not be going back to them. I brought in my Infiniti for air conditioning work. After a work estimate of around $900. I told them not to do the work and I picked up the car. They charged me only for the diagnosis. I went elsewhere and got the A/C fixed for $200., including another diagnosis - and btw, had to purchase two new core caps for the A/C valves which the Hahn boys neglected to replace for me. Oh well. Looking back into my records; I found that the only time that you came in was for a a/c inspection. The total charge was $71.16 and that was just over three years ago. The leak was found to be in the EVAP case. The service writer was even willing to credit you the $71.16 towards the repair. Again, a big sorry from Hahn Automotive.
