The staff their are wonderful, and are attentive to my needs from the moment I arrive! The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable as well, which reflects that the staff are happy their and that comes from the top management and has a domino affect on everyone. Cassandra is very talented in her work and really cares about my experience their. That's why I keep coming back, Farfalla is the best that Whistler has to offer. I have short hair that didn't take more than 20-minutes to cut and I was shocked when my bill was $50. I will now look for a salon that offers a lower price for a men's hair cut. Men's cuts cost $30 to $45 depending on the experience level of the stylist and booked for 45min regardless of which stylist (cuts include relaxing scalp massage & wash).
