Everyone at Bussard's was very helpful and my car is now running great. They had the car 7 days (guess it was a tricky problem) but once they narrowed it down they explained very clearly to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the phone follow ups weren't great. As I said they had the car 7 days which meant I had to borrow one. I would call in the afternoon to check on the progress of the car and was told they would call me in the morning to let me know but those morning calls never came. It may have been specific to my case but as I have a very busy schedule and was borrowing a car I needed to have a heads up about when the car would be finished so that I could plan a ride and time off work etc. Instead of proactively calling me with information I had to call in every afternoon.
