Within an hour of calling for help, I was back in my office after being towed back to the station. They worked into the night to have my car ready the next morning. Unlike other repair facilities more interested in a transaction, Roberts' puts value in the customer relationship over the long term. I recommend them enthusiastically. They handled this with extreme professionalism and in a very friendly manner, as always. After I obtained my Texas' license plates, I took the car back to them and they placed the plates on my car at no charge. They always handle mine and my husband's vehicles with the utmost care and concern. I am glad they are in my neighborhood and still offer full service. I was worried a few weeks back that they were going to go to another company and/or stop offering full service. Thank you for staying. You guys will always get out business. Unlike previous work to oiur cars, your crew messed with both front seat adjustments and side view mirrors. They're still not as they were. Also, car was promised for 8/9 delivery but work wasn't performed on 8/8 when it was brought in causing delay of a day. Then, too, driver's side paper floor mat wasn't removed although bill was left for inspection as requested. We've been with you for many satisfied years now so we'll forgive these transgressions.
