They are very friendly and prompt to call and let me know the status of my car's service needs and always try to save me money when possible. The service is always completed on time as promised and many times completed earlier. They know who I am when I arrive to drop off my car and pick it up, which is nice. They clean my car inside and out and of course most important they have a very competant and great service and repair team. My 2004 Z4 runs like a dream! More importantly they do a great job with repairs, and everything is done in a very timely manner. I definitely feel like I am treated with respect, they don't talk down to you because you are a woman, or know next to nothing about engines. Over the years I have owned two Volvos and three VW's, so I have seen my share of repair shops and European Performance is by far the best. It was not so different than what would be expected at the dealership and there are few independents that can afford that type of service. They provided a nice loaner car, patiently explained what was additionally needed and even showed me the replaced parts at my request. They were able to return the car the same day as well. I didn't get a chance to look at the mechanic's area which I will try to remember to do next time.
