It is low mileage, drives great and still looks like new, but it needed a new suspension and had some minor brake squeal. After 7 years of getting gouged by the dealerships I found Auto Hans. I had read the pros and cons about replacing air struts with rebuilts to avoid the obscene cost of OEM's. After Alex reassured me about the quality of the rebuilt struts, I decided to bite the bullet. They replaced all four airstruts with rebuilts, new lower ball joints, rear brake pads along with Service A. The result was the same as I have always come to expect of Auto Hans; they exceed expectations. The car rides, handles and is as quiet and smooth as a brand new S all done at a lower cost than I expected and Alex actually cracked a smile during the discussion. If you have a MB you appreciate and want to keep, they make it worthwhile. He advised me to wait a few minutes to allow the car to cool down. And try to start it again. I was able to drive car to his shop. The work was done by noon the next day.
