When I have a dental emergency Dr Simes and his staff deal with the problem so well that over the years I sometimes take for granted the ability to eat without concerns. There is a positive "vibe" in the office that relaxes you. The staff talks you and paces you through the procedures. I appreciate that. Recently my son and I went for our 6 month cleanings, but found out his permanent retainer needed some repair. So instead of making us come back, taking time off work and school, she went to ask the staff if they could squeeze him in before they closed for lunch, and they did. Not only did they get him in, they called him within 5 minutes. This is not the only good experience we've had, we have been clients since 1999 and I could share more examples of great customer service.
