He was available over the Thanksgiving weekend when most others were not, and provided a throrough and well explained diagnosis and repair. You're lack of knowledge caused an extra $80 (discounted!) charge to retrieve programming from Bully Dog to the programmer and for Bully dog to reprogram our truck.
