I had been to ortho, neuro, acupuncture, pain mgt and many others for parasthetica miralgia. I was referred to Dr. Strzeminski by a client at the hair salon. I had relief of my symptoms and was able to cut down on meds. I go to the gym, play tennis and have been able to return to my normal activities with just visits every 8 weeks now. I've always achieved temporary results but nothing lasting. When I first came to see Dr. Strzeminski, he recommended an MRI and I discovered (for the first time) an extreme curvature. While Dr. Mark was already helping my symptoms before I discovered this information, he changed the therapy a bit and I've had amazing results. I've been pain free for a long time and am down to only one visit every three weeks. Dr. Mark never recommends more treatment than necessary and has the same goals his patients do - feel good, be fully functional in whatever you do (sports, work, activities) and not have to go to the chiropractor once a week for the rest of your life! I am very happy with Dr. Mark's services and would highly recommend him! I have seen various doctors for different treatments, but nothing seem to control the constant pain in my neck and numbness in my left arm. My brother recommended that I see Dr. Strzeminski for the Active Release Technique treatment. This was a treatment that I was totally unfamiliar with but was willing to try it with the anticipation of it helping me overcome the constant pain. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of this treatment as I have seen a significant improvement in my neck and noticed that the numbness went away!! Furthermore, Dr. Strzeminski recommended various exercises that I should do on a daily basis, and this also helped me throughout the treatment.
