The receptionist told me she would check to see if the doctor could see me because she was running late. I advised her the point of making an appointment is to be sure that you are seen that day. She came back saying the doctor was not going to be able to see me and that I would have to reschedule. I told them I would take my business elsewhere since obviously they could not honor my appointment and I left. After my disabled son breaking his 25th pair in about 8 years, they are still so patient and caring with him. Also the Doctor is very attentive with my ADHD child who asks him 100 questions, he explains everything to him and answers his questions, not just see you and push you out like some other doctors. Also what I love about it most of all is the short wait period to actually be seen, which is very rare now a days. Not only have I made Vision Source my only families eye doctor but I have recommended it to all my sisters and nephews, who are extremely 100% satisfied also. I didn't wait too long to see the doctor. He was professional, kind, and patient. I was really impressed with the modern technology and how accurate the machines are. It really mattered how the Doctor went into detail to explain my results of exams and let me see my cornea pictures. Best part is that I can see way better now than before I walked in to the office.
