The care I receive is excellent, and I appreciate that they do the eye scans, so I have a record of my eye health over the years. I would say my only dissatisfaction is the fact that there is almost always a wait for my appointment. I come quite a distance to arrive on time, and having to wait over 30 minutes before they even start the initial tests does not feel respectful of my time. Using everything from medicare to United Health, and although Carmel Mountain Vision Care is not in my network, It is my preferred optometry. The staff is very helpful and down to earth. The Dr's are very knowledgable and will explain everything patiently, willingly, and detailed. The extensive tests really help you get the best care you need, and their product recommendations are always spot on. This facility in Carmel Mountain is also the cleanest environment I have seen. I would recommend this to anyone wether looking for glasses, or contacts.
