Everyone in the office is friendly and nice. The office has a relaxed feel as soon as you walk in and that is why I drive the 40 min it takes me to get there. The ladies are so amazing there, making me feel so comfortable. It was actually relaxing, as you wouldn't think these procedures would be. They gave me a Bose headset to put on and let me listen to my own music. The device they insert in your mouth for fillings makes it so comfortable to keep your mouth open, no strain. I was so nervous about my bonding done on my front tooth, but Dr.Hoang was AMAZING. She did a wonderful job, and my smile is better than ever! HIGHLY recommend Citidental, as always! Everyone was great! My teeth look and feel great! I am not very good with pain and it was truly one of the most painless experiences I've ever had. I was eating whatever I wanted that night. Staff Go out of their way to help meet needs. Lisa manages to address all questions in a timely manner and takes additional measures to insure patients are getting what they need. From the DMDs to the hygienists, it's always been a pleasant experience minus the bill! They offer coupon parking in an adjacent garage. A godsend in an area like government center where metered parking is a myth and garages appear to take organs in exchange for their spaces. My most recent visit was just the opposite of my first visit and was probably the worst trip I have ever had to the dentist. The amount of pain and I am not talking about quick or temporary pain, but the sheer amount of pain that I was in throughout the procedure was mind numbing - literally was swearing and jumping out of the chair, which I have never done before in my life. Again, I understand that all root canals are different, but I really wish the doctor that performed my first root canal was the same doctor I had for this root canal, but something in CitiDentals business model has changed where another doctor is now brought in for root canals only on Wednesdays. 2 hours in the chair and he still didn't finish - I now have to go back again next Wednesday for another hour. As much as my first experience made me a HUGE CitiDental fan this last visit has made me re-evaluate this and will most likely have me looking for another dentist. I am petrified to come back on Wednesday, but obviously need to get this done. If I was an insurance payer maybe I would be more flexible in my judgement, but I am paying for all of this dental work myself and therefore am going to be looking for a dentist that provided me the same experience I previously had at CitiDental. From the outside you'd never think to find such a clean, cozy and wonderful dental clinic inside, but be prepared to be pleasantly surprised! Not only that but everyone was so friendly, as well as truly skilled and knowledgeable with what they do. Victoria was great in answering my questions during my first check-up and explaining the how-to's and why's. Dr. Hoang placed my crown in my subsequent visit and it was probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a dental's office in awhile. (you don't quite expect that when you're there to have a crown placed). They really have thought of all the little things just to make the experience just that much more comfortable, which I truly appreciate!
