Everyone on staff is also very thorough and responsible - when they say they will follow up, they do. The staff always clearly informs you if it believes a procedure is an immediate need or can be a postponed procedure so that the patient can make an informed decision. After not going to a dentist regularly for many years due to unpleasant experiences with unprofessional dental staffs, I discovered Dr Taugner and his staff in 1999 thru a work colleague recommendation. Since 1999 I have returned every 6 months, like clock work - highly recommend this dental practice!
