I have been seen by Dr.Ngo for many years and she has got to be the most gentle, kind and honest dentist in existence and trust me I have had a bunch.She and her staff are fantastic with children , I have never had to wait more then 48 hours for an appointment, the flexible payment options definately help, the flat screen tv's in her theme room's a huge bonus. I thought i would try this dentist and what a great experience. I was made to feel very comfortable and the dentist and her staff were adept in their skill in completing the crown prep with the least amount of discomfort and in an extremely efficient time frame. They were also very kind in being willing to work with my finances. I would definitely recommend. As a busy mom, I want to be in and out as soon as possible. I depend on people to watch my kids to make my appointment, and when it takes so long, it very disappointing. I enjoy the girls in the office and especially Dr. Tracy. Time management is important to me. Maybe if there's a specific time when it's not as busy, I would like to know what times that would be so I can schedule my appointments.
